(1) Always pay attention to the ore discharging and the operation of conveyor belt to avoid blocking accident.

(2) While operating cone crushing equipment, the ore feeding should be even and the product granularity should conform to the requirement.

(3) Before the operation of cone type rock crusher, examine and check the oil pump, cooler, filter and oil quantity and oil temperature, and the return oil temperature should not exceed 60℃.

(4) Regularly check the abrasion condition of the lining board, and pay special attention to adjusting the fixing bolt of lining board on the ring. The newly changed lining board should be fixed after 24 hours.

(5) Examine the dewatering of water sealing and dust removing and the crusher is not allowed to run without water.

(6) Check the oil pressure of the locking cylinder and the adjusting ring can be operated at the locking state.

Cone Crusher Lubrication

It has been found that in order to improve the abrasion condition of the surface of cone crusher, the most efficient way is to perform lubrication to the equipment, thus improving the working efficiency of the equipment as well as extending its service life and ensuing normal work of the equipment.

(1) It is crucial to choose suitable lubricant. According to the types and application structure of cone crusher, choose suitable lubricant types; according to the different requirement, choose proper lubrication product and according to the working environment and different seasons, choose suitable lubricant brand.

(2) Regularly examine the quantity and quality of the lubricant. If the lubricant is not sufficient, timely replenish it, and when the quality of the lubricant is low, change it.
