Several Measures to Improve Crushing Efficiency of Reversible Hammer Mill

Reversible hammer crusher is one of the main machines used for the fine crushing of limestone, coal and other crisp materials with medium hardness in such industrial departments such as metallurgy, building material, chemistry and water and electricity, and this machine has many features such as big crushing ratio, high production efficiency and even product granularity. The crushing efficiency of a crusher is the key to determining the whole production process and the key to determine whether the whole production line is smooth and the decisive factor of determining the production capacity and energy consumption. In the actual production, the following measures can be used to improve the crushing efficiency of the reversible hammer mill.

(1) Change the arrangement pattern and number of the hammers

Determine the rotor rotors through experiment, and combining with the number of the hammers, consider the balance of the static load of the crusher and the balance problem of static and dynamic load produced after the hammers are abraded by the materials. Based on the actual condition, adopt suitable arrangement pattern to ensure the balance of the static and dynamic load and improve the crushing efficiency of hammer crusher.

(2) Improve the material distribution means

Installing a distributor can greatly improve the distribution homogeneity of the materials to make sure that the hammers are evenly abraded.

(3) Timely adjust the rotating direction of hammers

According to the observation and analysis of the abrasion of the hammers, change the rotating direction of the hammers every two days, thus avoiding the unilateral abrasion of the hammers to reduce the crushing efficiency.

(4) Improve the structure of the hammers

On the condition of ensuring the kinetic energy and strength of the hammers, choose the hammers with suitable average weight.

The above-mentioned measures can basically solve the problems of reversible hammer crusher in low production capacity and high production cost, and can improve the crushing efficiency of the hammer crusher and increase the economic benefits of the company.
