The Advantages of Hongxing Gyratory Crusher

Gyratory crusher is a kind of coarse crushing equipment, which is widely in the mineral processing industry and other industrial sectors. It is mainly used for the crushing of ores with hardness. Gyratory crusher is mainly used for a variety of hardness ore crushing and fine crushing equipment crusher. As for the current situation of crushing workshop in China, the crushing equipment mostly uses standard cone crusher, fine crushing equipment and short head cone crusher. However, the coarse crushing equipment does not adopt cycle ore crushing machine, but jaw crusher. In order to select the correct and rational coarse crushing equipment, the brief analysis and comparison between the two kinds of crushers are as follows:

1. Deep crushing cavity, continuous work, high production capacity, low unit power consumption. It is the same with the feed port width of jaw crusher, the production capacity is twice higher than the latter, and the electricity consumption of per ton ore is 0.5-1.2 times lower than jaw crusher;

2. Relatively stable operation, less vibration, less weight. Gyratory crusher basis weight machine, usually 2-3 times as the weight of the machine equipment, and jaw crusher basis weight machine is 5-10 times the weight of the machine itself;

3. It can be packed to mine, large gyratory crusher can be directly into the original ore, without adding ore bin and feeder. The jaw crusher cannot be packed to mine, and the requirement of feed uniform, so it needs to set up another ore bin (or ore hopper) and feeder, when ore lumpiness of greater than 400 mm, it needs to install expensive heavy plate type feeder;

In the design of crushing equipment, we also should consider the ore properties, the product size requirements, selection of plant size and equipment condition. The general situation is: when processing hard ores, if the ore belongs to sheet and strip, even more than two jaw crushers can meet the production requirements. Especially the coarse crushing plant configuration in the slope terrain, this scheme is more favorable. When crushing wet and sticky ore, or the production in a small scale and small concentrator, you should use the jaw crusher. As for the crushing operations under ground, usually use jaw crusher. It must be pointed out that in equipment selection, you should make out the technical and economic program for more reasonable selection.
